Looking for a special Breakfast?

I love Saturdays because it's the day we have our breakfast in a very special american restaurant. This restaurant offers the best pancakes, French toast, and coffee. It also offers a large verity of the most amazing choices. This restaurant called Village Inn . I have been having my Saturday breakfast in Village Inn since I arrived at Denver.

I like this restaurant not only because it offers the best breakfast you would ever have, but because it offers a very comfortable atmosphere too. The waitresses are so friendly; moreover, their service is very good.

Here is one of the VIP breakfast choices, where you can choose four from thirty delicious choices for only $7 . The picture above shows one of my favorite meals in Village Inn. It includes French toast + strawberry crepe + cheese omelet + country potatoes. I also tried Their French toast with strawberry and banana which was terrific. For more choices, chick their electronic menu!

Before you leave Village Inn, don't forget to buy one of their spectacular pies. They offer a verity of pies such as apple pie, cherry pie, and strawberry pies. You can buy a hole pie for about $10 ,or you can enjoy only a piece of it for nearly $3.

I'm sure you will find a branch for Village Inn near from you because they have more than 20 branch in Denver. Click here to find the nearest branch to you.

*Note: this restaurant's meals are very huge! so, it's important to be very hungry when you go there; however, you can ask the waitress to bring you a box, so you can enjoy the leftovers later!

Our field Trip to Coors Field

On Thursday, April 12th , We had a field trip to Denver's baseball field which called Coors Field. We had been convened in University of Denver station at 9 a.m. It was snowing, and we were excited about having a field trip in a Coloradan weather.
Our field trip started at 10 a.m. Our tour guide ,who was a very nice lady, told us a lot about Coors Field. One of the most interesting information she told us was the special meaning of the purple row of seats. When any one set on one of those purple seats, he will be a mile high from the sea level! How cool is that. I wish to attend a baseball game and set on one of these purple seats.

In Coors Field the ball can travels 10% more than any baseball field. It travels for about 440 foot.

It was a very unique place to visit. Thank you very much Michele for the nice time we had with you in Coors Field. We learned a lot about one of the famous American sports. Actually, we have been learning a lot about the American culture since we started to post in this blog.

Cherry Creek Park

On Saturday, we went to Cherry Creek Park. The weather was great, so we decided to walk to the park. It took us an hour of walking, but it was an hour of enjoyment because of the outstanding views.

While we were walking, we saw a lot of people walking, running, or riding their bikes. Truly, the best thing I saw on our way to the park was a grandmother walking with three of her granddaughters. They were happy and excited, so we greeted them then continue to walk.
We arrived at the park about 6:00 p.m. and started exploring it. But unfortunately, we only had half an hour to spend it in the park before the sunset because the way home will take an hour!
Our highest priority was to see the lake and take some photos. In fact it was very exciting to see the geese walking and swimming.

In Cherry Creek Park you don't just watch the lake! But there are places were you can grill and have a nice meal. Many families were sitting around the lake eating, playing, and enjoying their time.
We have stayed in Cherry Creek Park for about an hour and now its time to go home.
